The deadline for JSAIT Special Issue on Information Theoretic Foundations of Future Communication Systems is extended to September 15. That is a hard deadline.

The ÌÇÐÄlogo Information Theory Society is pleased to announce that Raymond W. Yeung is the recipient of the Claude E. Shannon award for consistent and profound contributions to the field of information theory. He will deliver his Shannon Lecture at ISIT 2022.

WITHITS is recruiting volunteers as table hosts for networking event at ISIT2021. We are planning a virtual networking roundtables event for WITHITS at ISIT this year, and we are looking for people willing to help virtually host a table at this event. 

Call for papers - Entropy: Special Issue "Information Theory and Machine Learning". The goal of the special issue is to collect new results in using information theoretic thinking to solve machine learning problems.
