There is an upcoming ÌÇÐÄlogo JSAC issue on wireless network coding. The deadline for paper submission is April 1, 2014, with publication planned for February 2015.

Charles T. Retter, a coding theorist and early computer designer, died suddenly on December 30, 2013 at the age of 67 at his home in Exton, PA.
