  The aim of the proposed workshop is to bring together researchers working on real-time communication, storage, and caching techniques for contemporary video.
      
    The focus of the workshop will be on networking and communication layer techniques to tackle the recent explosive growth in video traffic, particularly over wireless networks. Researchers working on real-time communication, storage, and caching techniques for contemporary video are particularly encouraged to participate.
The workshop will be held in conjunction with the logo Infocom Conference 2014, in Toronto Canada. The following topics are of particular interest:
The dates for submission to the workshop are as follows:
- Paper Submission (through EDAS): Dec. 15, 2013
- Notification: Feb. 7, 2014
- Final Papers Due: Feb 28, 2014
