This is an event promoted by the Italian Chapter of the Information Theory Society to celebrate Roberto Mario (Robert) Fano, born and grown up in Turin, 100 years ago.
The one-hour celebration will be coordinated by Marco Dalai and Sergio Verdú (Princeton University), with contributions from several other distinguished speakers.
