Biography
Hossein Khoshnevis (SM’23,M’19) earned an M.Sc. in computer science from Saarland University, Saarbrücken, Germany, in 2012, and a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada, in 2018. He was affiliated with IMPRS, Max Planck Institute for Informatics, Saarland University, Carleton University and the Huawei Technologies Canada Research Centre. Currently, he is with Telesat. His research interests include coding theory, digital communications, and signal processing.
