Nominations and optional letters of endorsement for the Information Theory Society Paper Award should be submitted by March 15 using the online nomination form.
The Information Theory Society Paper Award is given annually for an outstanding publication in the fields of interest to the Society appearing anywhere during the preceding four calendar years.
The purpose of the Information Theory Paper Award is to recognize exceptional publications in the field and to stimulate interest in and encourage contributions to fields of interest of the Society. To be eligible for the 2026 award, the paper must have been published in 2022–2025.
