Papers with a co-author who resides in Iran can ask for a short extension of submission deadline.
The ISIT 2026 TPC co-chairs recognizes that these are challenging and difficult times in Iran. We deeply value the contributions of our many active and engaged members in Iran, and understand that internet access has been blocked for significant periods.
